Additional Benefits of the Sorority Recruitment Facebook Application

Panhellenic officers can easily post photos and descriptions of typical outfits for each round in the "What To Wear" section
Panhellenic officers can post the name, photo, and bio of each Recruitment Counselor, even if the Recruitment Counselors are not on Facebook. Only the potential members assigned to a certain Recruitment Counselor will be able to view the information.
Panhellenic can post Calendar Events and Files for specific Recruitment Counselor groups, improving communication.

Use the Application as a Recruitment Database or Link to Your Current System

Councils have two options for using the system:

Use the System with your Current Registration System. Most Panhellenics and many Interfraternity Councils will want to choose this option. The Facebook Application increases communication and helps more students decide to sign up for recruitment. When they add the application and click the "Sign Up Now" button, users are taken directly to your current Recruitment Database for easy registration. We can easily link into any company/software that you currently use.

Use the system as your Recruitment Database. If your Council does not charge for recruitment registration and has no formal online system, you may decide to choose option two. This option allows for potential members to complete information such as high school GPA, hometown, and legacy information. Your Council Exec can sort this data, edit it, and export it to Excel. Indeed, the Application can also function as a Recruitment Database for some Councils.

Pricing

The application has a small yearly fee, and includes unlimited use, secure hosting, and all security and Facebook programming updates for the monthly changes in the Facebook Application code. A $250 setup fee includes all customizations for your Council. Use your Council budget or bill each chapter – either way, it is a cost effective tool for fall and spring Recruitment.
