phone). This is critical if a natural disaster or security concern has led to the closing of your office/campus
and precludes you from accessing your work computer! And, you can utilize multiple transmission mechanisms to
increase the probability that the message is received. E-mail is a great communication tool, but in the event of
an emergency you need an instantaneous method such as text messaging or RSS feed to accompany the e-mail. While
